"In August of 2005, I moved from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Bay St Louis, MS, only 13 days before Hurricane Katrina hit us. One never knows when your life can change in 24 hours (or in a minute). We had 27 feet high water, which destroyed our house and all that was in it. I evacuated with my cats to a safe location. Loosing material things is only Stuff, which one can get back. Picking up the pieces after a disaster is the difficult part. I know this experience firsthand. They say, Timing is Everything; and that is important, however I believe Faith is Everything! My good friend, Judy told me about The Newton Group in 2006. Although it was difficult to work in my FEMA trailer (I called it my FEMA Castle) as I rebuilt my house and tried to put my life back together, I am very grateful to Theo to give me a job that has help support me along my journey. intense; but it did cover key topics that would be useful to verify before
